• Quiet hours Daily 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM, including the patio and all areas near the building. This is a quiet residential building and we ask that all guests are considerate of neighbors at all times. • Noise & conduct Shouting, loud music, slamming doors, or any other disturbance that interferes with neighbors' quiet enjoyment is not permitted at any time. The patio is available for quiet enjoyment between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM only. • Gatherings Parties, group gatherings, and playdates are not permitted. Only guests listed on the original reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests may be charged $100 per night per person. Host reserves the right to refuse entry to additional guests. • Smoking Strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the patio, in any common area, or within 24 feet of the building — as required by the City of Santa Monica. Violation will result in a minimum $500 cleaning and remediation fee. • Incense Burning of incense is not permitted. Violation will result in a $500 cleaning and remediation fee. • Cooking Shellfish and crustaceans may not be cooked in the unit due to persistent odors in the ventilation system. Violation will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee. • Fireplace Firelogs only — no wood or paper. Fire must never be left unattended. A $20 cleaning fee applies per stay. • Parking Dedicated carport space provided at no charge. Lost, misplaced, or unreturned parking permits, if provided, will be charged at $250 each. • Keys Lost or unreturned keys require full lock replacement. Guest will be charged for both the lock and labor. • Linens & towels Missing towel: $25 · Missing washcloth: $10 · Missing beach towel: $30 • Security Exterior security cameras monitor common areas, the patio, walkways, and carport at all times. The host resides on the property. • General Any violation of house rules may result in a penalty charge, immediate eviction, and removal from the property without refund.
